Chuckin discs
Summer is finally here in the mountains and hobbies of all types are getting fired up. There is no shortage of them in any place in the area but in the woods and brush there are only a few that can and do take up the spaces in between. The one we are here to rejoice about is Disc Golf. A walk in the woods and in the park, throwing frisbees through tight windows in the branches and tossing them into chained baskets. There is no greater joy for some and the joy is spreading. It is a simple sport in essence, one that doesn't require much equipment, knowledge or experience to enjoy. It can be played in all types of landscapes and and many different levels. There are non-profits such as The Paul McBeth Foundation that are opening up the experience in all parts of the country and world where Disc Golf wasn't readily available.
